Broken parts

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas expecting a quality product. Most of the pieces were broken or scratched and I have a very unhappy 3 year old. i would highly recommend checking the pieces in store and not buying this online at all.

DAMAGED PRODUCT, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I first ordered this set on 10/05 only to have the shipping order messed up and the item was never delivered to me. After I let the live chat rep know this I was told my original purchase would be refunded and was offered a whopping $5 discount for my troubles when I was instructed to just order the item again. The 2nd set arrived broken and I was inconvenienced even further when I was denied a UPS pick-up of the return item free of charge and instead had to haul the heavy item to my nearest UPS store for it to be returned. Here it is almost a month later and I still have not received my refund for neither of my charges for this item. Instead I have had to endure countless frustrating phone-calls with rude reps who have blind transferred me to departments that cannot help me, or transferred me back at the end of the calling queue instead of giving me a supervisor. I had one rep put me on mute for over half an hour whilst he pretended to find a supervisor to help me , then gave me a phony number for the corporate office. I have had 4 unresolved escalation tickets that have been supposedly processed yet not one of the foreign out-sourced reps at Sears/Kmart can help me get my refunds! The emails are sent by reps that have such poor grammar that in one of them it read that unless I could respond back to them to confirm I never received the item they were going to charge my credit card again!!! Oh, and did I mention you cannot reply to the person who sends you the e-mail! No, you have to call customer service and go through the whole story again and again. It is beyond ridiculous and just shows that Sear/Kmart does not care about the customer at all. They do not even have a corporate level customer escalation line to report these issues to which means now I have to file formal complaints against the Sears/Kmart corporation with various state and federal consumer agencies just to get a resolution. There is a reason most of their stores are closed. BUYER BEWARE.
The last email I received was 6 business days ago that said they were processing my refund for the 4th time and I would see it in my account as a credit within 3-5 business days. NOPE! So when I called, the robot, script reading rep told me because today, Nov 1st was a holiday, (I can't make this stuff up) I would need to wait an additional 7-10 business days for my refund . I'm done!

Horrible Service!

This item was received with no hardware to put it together. I called to have the hardware shipped separately and received horrible customer service and was told that I would have to go through the trouble of sending it back so that a new one could be sent to me. When I complained that I should not be the one doing all of the work to get a new product sent the representative hung up on me. This purchase has turned into a nightmare!
