I Love It. The motor is big enough for even my thickest recipes. It can handle anything . I loved it so much I bought my mom one.
I actually wore out my original Kitchenaid mixer after 30 years and decided to replace it with the same model, but a tad more "power". I could not be more disappointed; the various mixing blades are not the quality of my original set. The "extra power" is not noticeable; but the worst problem is that the pin which holds the head to the stand vibrates out of position, so I must be vigilant about watching it when using the mixer. I have been using the mixer for a few years, as I was unable to return it and thought I might be doing something wrong....I have tried everything; don't think its me, think I just got a lemon.
We had KitchenAid Mixers when I was in Culinary School, loved them then, so I knew I needed one. No more hand held mixer for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
