We replaced a cheaper recliner purchased a few years back with this one because, well, the old one was wore out and we heard great things about Laz y Boy products. Honestly, this chair is the greatest. The reclining mechanism is much better than the cheapy chairs. We have a lot more flexibility in the way we recline. The chair also feels better. Yes, it has a better feel right out of the box. It also has a very smooth rocking motion, something the cheap chairs tend to lack. We had this delivered to store and it fit right in the minivan no problems.

|Nice chair but dang, Sears.com makes it nearly impossible to order furniture online. Kept saying things were out of stock despite the site listing them as available.
