A smaller, 7/8 of full size, recliner.

I searched for a long time for a recliner that was not built for big and tall guys. I found this at a lazy boy show room, but they wanted just at a thousand dollars for it. They wanted to add 250 just for some fabric treatment. My feet touch the ground when I sit in it, I have always hated how they dangle in the air in normal, oversized, recliners. It is also a little narrower and built more for a normal sized person. I would not recommend it for a large, very tall, or wide person. Otherwise it is perfect. We already had a lazy boy recliner and chose the brown that was closest to it. Not a perfect match, but close enough. The fabric is soft and seems durable. My wife asked what I wanted for fathers day and I told her this. It was delivered about three weeks later, and we have not had any issues with it. My mother is going to buy one, after visiting and sitting in it. I am 5' 7" 160# and any one my height or less, it is perfect. Sears is the best price that I have seen by far. And free delivery, thanks to my wife and kids for the perfect father's day present!

very disappointed .....horrible experience

|

Saw this on line and ordered.. home delivery was not available so I had to drive 90 miles to get item. when it arrived at sears I went to pick it up and found material did not look at all like picture...it was thin and looked and felt like a bath towel. Horrible, so I refused to accept it. The only bright spot was that sears refunded my money on the spot. Do not buy this chair, it is not in a quality fabric, which is why it's hundreds less than comparable model in Lazy boy stores and elsewhere.
