Please read before you order or buy this chair.

I purchased this chair for a bedroom chair for my son who is 40 years old. Not used very much. Just a little at night to watch TV. After about 2 months the chair on the top of the seat where your knees (behind your knees would rest) the faux leather started to peel up just the top layer. I have talked with sears who wanted nothing to do with repairing or replacing. I have called every number you can think of and gotten no where. If you want a lazy boy I suggest you go to the lazy boy store or a quality furniture store that sells lazy boy. This chair is definitely not worth the 611.00 we paid for it. We are stuck with a chair that looks brand new with no marks but fabric peeling up in the seat edge that they will absolutely no do anything about. The chairs have a 1 yr warranty from Lazy boy but it is only good through Sears Services and they will not do anything about it. I do not recommend this chair to anyone even though it is impressive looking. not worth the trouble I have had like hours on the phone and passed from one place to the other.
