Love these jeans. The fabric is sturdy yet wonderfully soft. I work five days a week in a large cheese shop so these pants get a workout--bending, scrubbing, loading and unloading runners, climbing ladders in a cold walk-in cooler and walking with customers to make product selections--yet they always look professional and never lose their fit. I wear a clean pair each day, so I bought another 5 pairs to replace the last set, which were two years old and naturally getting a bit faded. Turn them inside out before washing/rinsing in cool water, and dry on perma-press setting.
You have changed the fabric. My old one was 81% cotton/algodon, 18% or 10% Polyester/Poliester, 1% Spandex. Why do manufacturers ruin a great product. The new ones that I bought was sent back, The fabric was too thin and the fit was horrible. So very disappointed. "Monroe Classic Fit Straight leg jeans". I gave a rating of one star and that's being generous.
I have had several pairs of these in the past. Very comfortable. Greatd price when on sale.
Listing is very deceiving, these are not classic fit jeans. These are relaxed fit jeans, totally different fit than the classic fit I previously ordered. Was told that the manufacturer changed the original jeans but Sears still lists them as Classic fit. These are going back!
