Awesome double oven!

Always wanted a double oven but due to style of kitchen would take a remodel. This solved that problem. Also love the knobs are right on the front, so we don't have to reach over hot food to change temperatures. The double oven shortens our cooking time because we can cook the meat (using convection) and desert at the same time!

POSSIBLE HAZARD

KNOBS TURN ON TOO EASILY JUST BY BUMPING THEM. WAS AN ISSUE FOR US. GLASS TOP VERY HARD TO CLEAN AND EASY TO CHIP. NOT HAPPY.

Tough to figure out

|

Only had it for two weeks. It’s not an intuitive on/off stove/oven. You will have to read up on how to cook familiar dishes and practice. The oven control panel is not sturdy. Not flimsy but simple button pushing moves the panel. Convection oven is very low to the floor. Not easy to bend down and lift heavy roast, etc. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A few design flaws

|

I really want to love my new stove. Overall, I am very happy and would recommend it. There are a few design flaws. Except for the easy glide rack, the other racks are difficult to pull in and out. The knobs do bump to the on position fairly easy. The knobs don't come off, so they are hard to clean. There is no timer for cooking on the stove top, the timer only works for the oven. I called the customer service to ask if I was not understanding and she said I don't need a timer for rice or pasta, just keep checking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Don’t buy this oven!

|

I normally don’t write reviews but this needs to be shared! I bought my stove just under 2 years ago. Within the first year I had a repairman out 4 times because half my burners weren’t working. They kept sending the wrong part and when one repairman couldn’t fix it they sent a different one. Whatever happened to the lemon law! Customer service was terrible! I would call and let them know about the problem and they’d say they’d get back to me but never call! Now it’s close to 2 years old. I went to use the self clean function and if burnt out both control boards and the thermostat! I called the local repairman and he says the one control board is no longer available. (A 2 year old stove and no parts available!) How can you still sell a product you don’t make parts for?
