NEVER AGAIN!

Purchased this item at sears on 12/26 and was told delivery on 1/5.  I get a call on 1/4 telling me to expect my delivery the next day.  I wait 4 hours and it does not arrive.  I contact sears and they tell me they don’t have it in stock and they don’t know when it will arrive.  I was told there was nothing they could do and they would contact me in 48 hours.  I wait 3 more days and still nothing.  I call them and they still don’t have an answer for me and I have to continue waiting with no expected date.  I was told I could cancel the order but it would take up to 2 weeks to get my money back.  Finally it arrives on 1/10.  I will never spend another cent at sears.  Poor business practice with horrible customer service.

Terrible Product and even worse Customer Service

This item was received damaged, I was told to return to a store and was given an auth code. Returned the item to the store and was issued a refund minus a #138.29 restocking fee!! I have tried to get this resolved for one week, I am caught in the middle. The store says online will have to issue the credit and online says I need to contact the store. So disappointed in Sears and their poor customer service!!! I will never again make another purchase with Sears in store nor online!

really good rangs hood

Have been using it for two weeks. So far it is way better than my previous range hood. Thick stainless steel. Powerful motor. Really easy to install . I installed it myself. The only con is that the instructions are terrible. what I mean is that the instructions are incomplete. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
