Purchased this item at sears on 12/26 and was told delivery on 1/5. I get a call on 1/4 telling me to expect my delivery the next day. I wait 4 hours and it does not arrive. I contact sears and they tell me they don’t have it in stock and they don’t know when it will arrive. I was told there was nothing they could do and they would contact me in 48 hours. I wait 3 more days and still nothing. I call them and they still don’t have an answer for me and I have to continue waiting with no expected date. I was told I could cancel the order but it would take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. Finally it arrives on 1/10. I will never spend another cent at sears. Poor business practice with horrible customer service.

Terrible Product and even worse Customer Service
|This item was received damaged, I was told to return to a store and was given an auth code. Returned the item to the store and was issued a refund minus a #138.29 restocking fee!! I have tried to get this resolved for one week, I am caught in the middle. The store says online will have to issue the credit and online says I need to contact the store. So disappointed in Sears and their poor customer service!!! I will never again make another purchase with Sears in store nor online!

really good rangs hood
|Have been using it for two weeks. So far it is way better than my previous range hood. Thick stainless steel. Powerful motor. Really easy to install . I installed it myself. The only con is that the instructions are terrible. what I mean is that the instructions are incomplete. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
