[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this washer a month ago and it is super quiet. The agitator does not tear clothe and the washer stop and give warning if bed sheets get tangle if misplace. The design is slick and the glass top is great to view how it is doing. When washing bed sheets the washer spin and rinse smooth and steady. Overall great washer.
No matter what you do it wrinkles clothes in washer. Weve tried everything lg suggests.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my LG washing machine at Home Depot a few weeks ago. No complaints about the delivery and setup. It went smoothly. I was nervous about using it. It was simple learning the features. The best thing is it feels and looks like my clothes are so much more cleaner than the Kenmore I had before. I bought a LG with the agitator and I love it. So far no unbalanced loads. I am so relieved, because the last machine almost drove me crazy. Am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new washer for a few weeks now and though it took some experimentation with finding the best settings for each load, I'm thrilled with the results. I had an old Kenmore that was loud, and had an aggressive agitator, but it didn't always do the greatest job at getting clothes clean. I often had to throw something back in for a second wash. The LG has multiple movements, is gentler on clothes, uses less water, less detergent, is more energy efficient, and does a phenomenal, quiet wash job. I typically run a mixed load every other day. I've found my favorite cycle for a mixed load is the deep wash vs normal cycle for full immersion of that type of load. You can get the full explanation of each cycle in their expanded online guidebook for the machine. I wish they'd included this expansion in the paper instruction booklet that came with the machine for easier reference. It was helpful in explaining proper use of the many cycles. Overall, extremely pleased with my decision to invest in this washer, and would highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that prior to getting this washer, I had little interest in getting a smart washer/dryer set but since getting this - I will never go back. Connecting the washer to the LG ThinQ app is really easy and there are two ways that you can add said appliance - by allowing the app to scan the ~airwaves while the dryer is on, and by scanning the barcode that is located on the side. The app is really self explanatory and allows you to set timers and create custom clean cycles. You can also allow the app to send you notifications for when the load of laundry is done so you don't forget it and end up with musty clothes!
It honestly depends on my laundry load if I feel as though my clothes are cleaner from my old washer, and it's not something that I was expecting. Due to the washer being a high efficiency / computer sensor, the water doesn't really cover all of the laundry and it tends to be in the same spot where you put it in just stuck to the side of the drum.. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this washer is considering the drum is as large as it is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this 2 weeks ago, and so far it is superior to my former Maytag Bravos in many ways. It is easy to use, offers a plethora of choices for any type of washer load, and seems quite energy efficient.
