My husband and I recently moved up from a queen size bed to a king. Because of budget restraints we purchased the box spring and mattress first knowing that we would be sleeping on them sans the bed frame for a while. Because my husband couldn't care less about appearances, it wasn't important to him to get the frame. I guess I finally nagged him enough that he bought the frame and gave it to me for Christmas. I am more than pleased with this frame. It is super solid and fit our existing headboard perfectly. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who's in the market. Needless to say, my husband also had a very Merry Christmas (night). Maybe next time he'll act a little quicker.
When the delivery guys came and built this frame, it seemed off from the start. We have a king size bed and the legs were bent. I told the delivery guy that because I used to be a mattress sales associate for Sears and have built many of these when we'd do our reset. He ignored me and kept building it. A couple weeks later I sit at the end of my bed and I hear this huge crack! The extender in the middle completely snapped! I am so disappointed! I just feel bad for selling these things to my former customers... They wouldn't take it back so now it's off to the scrap yard for this piece of ****.
Got it on clearance for great price (store closing). Bought 2, great quality, good fooundation for mattress and box spring.
Just recently bought a bed and needed a frame and this one had good reviews for a reason it’s sturdy and works great
I guess you get what you pay for. Very cheaply made and very wobbly King sized bed frame. Get a lot of movement when just moving around on the bed. I wouldn't trust this frame if you're expecting a lot of activity (if you know what I mean).
