directions were clear and didn't take much time to put together even for someone not mechanically inclined like me. I read reviews that unstable on the carpet but I did not have that problem. Arms are adjustable. I am 5'2" and they adjusted to the right height. Also good for tall people. When I did not adjust the arms, they reached the top of my ceiling. good workout for arms. I workout 5 days a week for 50 minutes on different ellipticals and do pilates/weights four times a week for the last few years and this machine really worked me out. Prepared to work up a sweat and have soreness in your thighs that lasts a few days even just after 20 minutes. I weigh 145lbs and the machine did not give. Max weight per manual is 240 lbs. Comes with a diet plan. Equipment saves space by being collapsible and stands upright when you collapse it. Only negative is that if you get used to the workout, there is not a capability of increasing resistance but overall, I think this a great purchase for the price. You can use shop your way points for this and at the same time, special promotions for exercise equipment to lower your price. If you have a Discover card, you can use it at the same time to get even more money back at Sears if when you shop Discover rewards, Sears is offering a percentage off through Discover Card online. I save about $40 this way.
When I first saw this product I saw this as my way to lose weight that was June 30th 2016. The product was wobbly and didn't realize this until June 17th, 2017 after close inspection, it was the safety bar that came lose. I tried to search the name of the screw that holds it in place no luck, so I had put that search on hold due to not being able to reach the screw. That was until I completely took out the safety bar and tilted the machine and the screw falls out. On September 19th 2017 I took the screw to a local hardware store to get the hex head sized measured and it turned out to be 5/32 ball end screw driver. So back to working out right? For a while. Today I use my Maxi Climber and the plastic piece that rests underneath the foot right pedal shatters; while the left one cracks. Of course I don't know the name of the item and that's due to maxiclimber does not offer replacement parts which would be nice.
Just purchased it and I’m already in love
Boy does it work out everything
