I gave it a full trial for 3 mo now. It is a nicely built machine with many options. The biggest pro is the capacity. If you have lighter, less soiled clothes, this may be the washer for you. If you have heavier, soiled clothes, then an agitator washer Is the way to go. Agitator washers pull the clothes from the top down over and over throughout the wash. A decent load in an HE washer just swishes around. The item in the top center stays there throughout the wash. To make matters worse, if you chose a setting other than the largest, heavy duty wash, then there isn't enough water to get any stirring action at all (I have the glass top and can see this at work). This is the way almost all HE washers operate. Do away with this load sensing crap and give us 3 water levels to choose from. Nothing like making a simple washer more difficult. If I could do it over again, I would get a large capacity agitator washer.
Horrible! Clothes never get wet, and are still dirty when the cycle is done. there is no way to adjust the water level, so I end up doing 3 small loads daily, instead of one load, as clothes will not get wet. Uses more water in the long run. I returned it!
