No Fun Reclining

An otherwise handsome recliner confronts the user with a serious production shortfall as the seat cushion part is too wide resulting in the left and right seat sides pressing against the left and right arm sides precluding a smooth recline. Considerable force is needed when seated or when standing to manually recline. Problem was reported to Sears resulting in a request for a photo and that it would be reported to the "factory'. (The seat cushion is too wide to properly fit into the frame!) It is not the weight sat on the cushion as the condition exist without sitting on the chair. I weigh 1690lbs.) I have had four different recliners over the decades without any such problem. I await what the resolution will be since this defect must apply to other chairs. *Buyer Beware*
