Drive More, Spend Less on Fuel with the Michelin Defender 215/60R16 All-Season Tire With its fuel-efficient design, the Defender 215/60R16 All-Season Tire helps you save money on gas without requiring you to change your driving habits. This tire’s EnergySaver Construction features Green X technology that results in low rolling resistance, improving your vehicle’s overall fuel economy. Designed to provide enhanced traction, it has an asymmetric tread design that gives the tire a good grip in wet, dry and winter conditions. MaxTouch Construction uses a uniquely designed contact patch to evenly distribute the forces of acceleration and braking, which results in even wear down of the tire, making it more durable.

  • The Defender 215/60R16 All-Season Tire is designed with circumferential and lateral grooves to effectively evacuate water for increased traction on wet roads
  • Intellisipe Technology maximizes the number of sipes for traction on slippery surfaces
  • Interlocking action of the sipes stiffens the tread block for a firm steering response
  • MaxTouch Construction distributes the forces of cornering and braking, helping the tire wear evenly
  • Noise-free performance for a comfortable, peaceful ride

Awesome! OEM tires

There a few versions of these. They Match the Honda Accord V6 EXL/Touring Models identically. Quiet, clean, good rain traction. They're Michelin so they're expensive, but for 50k miles worth it. Aith Auto sale and Cashback points Got a set of 4 installed for $840 and now I get about $30/month in free points.

Just don't last

Was frustrated when the OEM tires on my 2010 Odyssey only made it 40k miles. So I went for the top of the line 90k mile tires, with high hopes for a better experience. Made sure to keep them inflated and rotated properly. Haven't even gotten 50k miles out of these and need to replace them. Absolutely would NOT recommend these.

Solid Ride

|

I recently had these installed as my summer tires and could not be happier. Quite and smooth ride along with great handling. These are fantastic tires. Sears crew in Union Gap Washington did a great job with my car on the install and alignment.

What A Change

Replacing Goodyear Endurance tires. These tires are way quieter and the ride is very smooth. Sears Auto did a great job.

Excellent Tire

|

After considerable research, just purchased a replacement set of Primacy MXM4 tires for our 2013 Lincoln MKS. This is the same tire that came from the factory on the vehicle. Happy to report that the original tires were retired with 75,004 miles on them and I could have added another 10-15 thousand miles to them if need be. (Did not want to worry about crossing the WV turnpike in the middle of winter). The tires ran smooth, were quite and provided excellent traction. The majority of our miles are traveled on Interstate highways and I don’t pretend to be a NASCAR driver on the roadway. I always laugh at drivers taking the exit ramps at full speed. Makes me think of the rubber put down on racetracks. And then they complain about their lousy tire wear!!! Bottom line: this is a great tire and I would highly recommend it. You can find cheaper tires, but you get what you pay for and with proper care, they will be worth the investment.

Lasted only 3 yrs and 39 000 miles

|

I bought these tires 3 yrs. ago and drove 39 000 miles. Since I bought them, they could not be balanced. The steereing wheel is shaking. I had the suspension and ball joints checked, allignment done, too. No problem there. The tread is very low (tires come with 6 yrs. and 65 000 miles warranty). I do not like these tires. I need to replace all 4 and I want to get better tires. The shop will use Michellin warranty to reduce the cost of the new set of tires, but they say, that I can not get different tires with using Michellin warranty. So, I am stucked with Latitude Tour on my 2006 Lexus RX 400h.

Tire life too short

|

These tires were standard equipment on my 2017 MKZ. The dealer informed me that they need to be replaced at 27,000 miles. We’ve had the vehicle since new with tire rotations every oil change. I expected to get much more mileage from them.
