I leased my 2008 VW Passat 2.0T in May 2008. It came with OEM Continental tires. While they had a comfortable ride, the handling on wet pavement left a lot to be desired (since I live and commute in Dallas, handling on wet pavement is high priority!). I did a lot of research and decided on the Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. A year later and I'm still happy. Ride quality and handling is outstanding. Handling on wet and icy pavement has been excellent. The cabin is quiet - very little road noise from these tires. I'm sold on the Michelins and would purchase another set when the time comes!
I honestly don't know where the testing for this tire is happening but I assure you its definitely not happening on the roads in Morris County New Jersey. I see a five star rating on this web site and I laugh. Just replaced the tires yesterday on my Honda Odyssey after 46,000 miles and I wasn't happy. Each tire had an equal amount of wear thanks to routine scheduled rotations but I couldn't even get 50,000 miles. And these tires aren't cheap. I do not recommend these tires.
I have 71,000 miles on my Pilot. Have had two sets. They both made 35,000 miles. Non aggressive driver, maintenance kept up on my vehicle. Will not be replacing them with Michelins this time. Car bought brand new and these are the tires they came with.
Came new on 2015 Honda Odyssey. Driven at 35psi (33psi on door jamb label), rotated every 10,000 miles. After picking up screws at 10,600 and 48,800 miles two tires ran with tire plugs installed. Wear bars are appearing evenly on all four tires.
Thread only lasted up to 36k miles with regular tire rotation. Will need to replace within the next 5k miles because tread will be down to the red!!
Original tires on my 2016 Honda Odyssey which I have owned since 11/2015, van only has a little over 28,500 miles and all four tires need to be replaced. Very dissatisfied!
I bought it 2 year ago after 32k need to be replaced on my honda pilot
