Ugh

Bought the bike brought it home and saw it had a broken part on it. TooK it back to the store and took forever for someone to help me and when I did get help they were less than helpful. Had to order the bike because the one on the floor was damaged also. Got it ordered asked the associate if it was going to be assembled when I came to pick it up 3 times and he assured me it would. Well a week later go to get it and it is in a box not assembled. Asked why not and they told me only once in awhile they have someone come in and assemble them. Well then took over an hour to get it returned and didn't get all my money back I paid for it because I used sears points. Never will buy a bike fron there again
