Bought this wonderful machine at least three years ago. It has worked without any issues! Brews great coffee, (and tea if you'd rather). For the first year, I mostly made tea with it, for iced tea - and coffee on the weekends. Then my husband finally convinced me to switch over to the dark side, and make only coffee in it instead (he got me a breville to make my tea :) ) It's been only coffee in it ever since, and zero complaints! We have had Mr. Coffee machines for decades, and have found them to be a reliable manufacturer/brand - more so than others we have tried over the years.
This is our third Mr Coffee in two years not bad but two of them are only 2 months apart. I thought we found a perfect product. I thought wrong. The 1st one we had for almost 18 months which is why I bought another when it stopped working but the 2nd one did not work long the cleaning light kept coming on did not matter if it was just cleaned it just kept coming on then one day it would not turn on at all it was only a couple of months old but i went ahead and bought another this one only lasted two brew cycles and it died. My husband turned it on and it short circuited out. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MR COFFEE PRODUCTS NOW

I had originally asked Sears via chat to cancel these 2 items Mr. Coffee and Hamilton Beach single serve. I was told I should have UPS RETURN TO SENDER. That happened today.
