Have been using a Keurig for the last 3-4 years and enjoy the convenience and variety. We switched to the Ninja Coffee Bar Brewer because of all the options and different ways that you can prepare a cup of coffee. We have really enjoyed frothing our milk and being able to choose between a single cup or a whole pot. It's a great machine and feels really well built. None of the moving parts feel cheap, loose, or questionable. I think the only complaint that we have is the single cup holder. It's not bad quality and works well, but we would like it better if instead of a grate with holes in it, if it had an enclosed bottom to catch the one or two drips from the brew basket after you move your cup. Other than that, great machine! Buy one and start experimenting with different ways to have a cup of coffee!
Luckily I wasn't burned. Made a full carafe and had hot coffee all over the floor, found the carafe cracked like a car windshield. This was not a$20 coffee maker, Sears needs to replace the carafe!
