Very Pleased With This Purchase

I set up this piece of equipment a few days ago and used it twice now. I don't understand the negative comments in other reviews. The pedals went on fine and stayed on. As far as the reviewer that made Mary Popins posture comment, that is completely false. This person either needs to learn how to adjust the seat and handle bar settings or get a professional type spinner bile, probably the former. This bike has everything I wanted and is smooth, quiet, solid and as comfortable a bike can be. I do admit that the reviewer who returned theirs because it does not remember each users settings and return to their preference at the push of a button, like a Lexus, makes an accurate statement.

Nothing comfortable - poor electronics but quiet

Seat is hard as a rock. Handles are uncomfortable. Elbow rests are hard. Heart rate monitor is worthless. Monitor may start at 150 then drop to 60 then 61 then just stay at 61. To me, I like to get my heart rate up to 130 - 150 and keep it there. I'll call the technical support group to see if they can fix it. I will update the review if they can fix it. The first 30 minutes of use, I could barely pedal beyond resistance of 2 out of 25. That seems to have gotten better now. It's still not anything like a gym bike. Electronics feel and look cheap. The positive thing is that it is quiet. Setup took a little over an hour. If I keep the unit, I'll go back and tighten a few things up some more.

Bike is quiet and gives a good workout. Not sure on durability as used for only for one month. So far, very good. Only time will tell...

Used to supplement running when I can't get outside, at 80 years old, some days it's just to hot outside.

Not a fitness junkie

Like the bike but it didn't work at first

|

Assembly was pretty straightforward but bike wouldn't track time or distance. Figured out through manual and online info that it was the Reid Switch. Tried the "fix" multiple times but it wouldn't work. Called NordicTrack and they sent new switch. Bike works fine now but it was discouraging that the problem was in the part of the bike that came pre-assembled from the factory. I like the multiple position for arm/hand placement and the fan. Haven't tried the iFit program yet. Just using in manual mode so far. Overall I would recommend this bike
