I ordered this elliptical and paid for delivery and assembly. When the elliptical arrived and was put together it was making a loud popping noise in the wheel area. After two hours on the phone with sears, being transferred all over I was finally able to set up delivery for a new elliptical. When they came to deliver the new elliptical- they didn’t take the damaged one like they were supposed to. Told me they had to saw off the handles and didn’t have that equipment. Finally the damaged elliptical was picked up but the delivery team took a big chunk of Sheetrock out of my wall. All in all horrible customer service. Sears has done nothing about this either. I may have to reach out to the BBB over this headache! Had to take two days off work- they stained up my carpet- and damaged the wall.
This machine was delivered on 8/20/2018 just have someone put it together on 9/1/18 when to use it on 9/2/18 and was peddling and the screw broke off trying to contact sears about this problem
After 72 days of use, this elliptical's heart rate monitor does not work, and there is a loud squeak coming from the front drive wheel (loud enough that the elliptical is uncomfortable to use). Unfortunately, it looks like Sears has a return policy for 45 days, so I am looking into what to do with this thing. Will not be buying from Sears or Nordictrack in the near future. So much time wasted.
1st Elliptical didn't work, 2nd elliptical didn't work, 3 weeks to over a month to get a tech. Just said return the elliptical. At the end on the phone they said I will have to pay restocking fee. Took 2 days off work and lost money. All this in 1 month. Just a defective product perhaps. Super upset on the whole matter. Never again.
