We love it. Although we are approaching our 70th birthday, we are in good health and this machine gives us the handrails for comfortable stepping on and off. We started at resistance level 1 for the first month, increasing our time from 5 minutes to 15 minutes twice a day. We now are at "R" level 3 and are going at least once a day for 30-35 minutes. Great work out. So glad we bought this one.

Come and get this junk from my basement
|I used this machine for about an hour total use before life became a priority over fitness. I went to use it again about 3 weeks ago and discovered the digital display does not activate. After calling customer service and trying a few troubleshooting ideas given to me that required partial disassembly, I requested a service call and haven'the heard anything back from Nordictrack except this request for review. I am so disappointed in your service response, that you can come and retrieve your garbage out of my basement and fully refund my money.
Not worth it! Resistant motor not working!
|After three-year's very light use, the resistance motor is down and resistance gets stuck at the highest level! Nordictrack customer service sucks. Contacted them several times and just told me to check if there is noise of the motor, check the wire, order new wires, etc. Not mentioning how hard it is to open the cover to check the motor and wires... DO NOT BUY.

Everything I was looking for and needed
|The elipitical is everything I was looking for. It is just as good as the one I used at the fitness club. I like it because I can exercise anytime I want.
