I think it was a wise purchase. My only issue is working to get the belt aligned. It also moves to one side when I do my walking exercise. I can't seem to fix either problem.
I purchased this item last week and it arrived today. The sale of this item touts 'FREE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY'. This is NOT TRUE. Its an oversize item so the shipment is handled by a freight company - not Sears. The freight company delivers to the curb only. THEY DO NOT BRING THIS 300+ lb item into the house. I had to hire Two Men and a Truck to bring it in the house and down the stairs to my basement where it will reside. Next problem - I haven't opened the box yet but judging from it's size and shape it is clearly not fully assembled. I spent more than three hours on more than a dozen calls yesterday trying to avoid the hiring of movers and to figure out assembly. No one at Sears has been able to tell me how I get it assembled. I'm a lifelong Sears customer but this nightmare may make me rethink my future choices.
Sears *****. Customer Service *****, No one speaks clear English, nobody goes the extra mile. They do nothing for the customer. It is a very PAINFUL experience
Okay machine. Takes a long time to set up manually and go. Tours are series of photos that don't give a realistic feel. Otherwise an okay home treadmill, but nothing special.
I punched this machine from NordicTrack website considering and after lot of research. The machine delivered but after day 4 inclined suddenly goes to 0 and till workout finished it didn't synced at all. After workout I turned off the machine and restarted but it didn't helped. I also tried the calibration step but it says 'calibration failed'. As usual Support request opened and technician came to checked and as per him there seems to be a problem with relay board and new board need to be ordered, i also explained when it incline it make a sound on and off not a specific point, shockingly this is brand new machine and was used only 4-5 time after its delivered and assembled. Now waiting for new card to be delivered and fixed the machine again, . I am sorry but I didn't expect this machine to have there problems considering the amount of money I spend and trusted Nordic Track , not a fruitful experience. Appreciate your help
My parents have had NordicTrack treadmills all through me growing up. I bought my own now that I'm on my own and love it all over again. Great delivery too- they left it right at the door for me.
I love my treadmill! It feels stable, is quiet so it doesn't wake up my 7-month-old twins when they are napping upstairs, and I love the IFit training workouts! Couldn't be happier!
