Excellent product for a great price. Included delivery and set up which went perfectly. I haven't used all the features yet but everyday I try to use a different per-programmed workout. I love the bright touch screen and the compatibility for ifit also. Then only thing I would suggest that they improve on is the fan. The fan has 5 speeds which is great but you cannot angle it so unless you are tall enough and stay right in front of the fan you really can't feel it.
I would give a 0 star if the systems allows it. The product claims to include assembly. However, if you buy it, Nobody will assembly it for you. That is what happened to my order. If you contact the customer service, they will just ask you to wait, and wait, and wait. And trust me, nobody will ever assembly it for you. They just keep you waiting, until you lose your patience and do the assembly yourself. Very disappointed. Don’t buy it! They are liers!
Treadmill has functioned perfectly. I use 3 days a week for a one hour walk.
It took far longer to replace my treadmill. The delivery and setup company actually misplaced it and said it arrived almost 1 week after it really did according to Icon's tracking system. This was mediocre service at best.
I only have been using this C990 for a short time but I really like the features on incline and speed control that I was looking for in my exercise. The motor is smooth, constant speed and quietness have all encouraged my regular program. The mounting for my tablet makes it easy and fun to use it as I do my daily walk/run. This machine I would recommend to anyone that wants to take boredom out of a healthful habit. It has actually caused me to expand the time I give to my health.
The product is great. Give PLENTY of time to assemble. Also, the instructions don't inform you that you need wrenches involved in assembly. I am quite handy, but it was frustrating at times. I wasn't expecting it to take as long as it did. Be patient, and it will all come together.
The treadmill worked for about 4 months with minimal use. Then the touchscreen interface and the treadmill stopped working. I can't do manual or stored workouts. I can't just set the speed or incline manually to walk/run on, the touchscreen has to be used to start and it just says error. I looked for online help/troubleshooting videos and could not find any. I emailed Nordictrack support and never received a response. I called and after being passed around the ifit support said they would just send a new console within 10 days. Waited 10 days and never received a tracking number, called again and the person said we don't have replacement consoles in stock it will probably be 3 or 4 weeks. I said that was horrible and she told me she would check with the inventory manager about getting a console off a new unit and email me. I never received an email or a return call. I would return the treadmill if I could, but it is past the 30 day return. I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the treadmill and most of all the customer service.
