DO NOT BUY A TREADMILL FROM SEARS! We had the worst experience. We purchased a treadmill less than 2 months ago. A few weeks after having the treadmill, the motor broke. NordicTrack sent us a new motor (we had to repair ourselves). The treadmill worked for a few more weeks, and then it broke down again. Sears has given us the worst customer service. They will not take back the faulty product because it has been over 30 days (we've had this treadmill for under 2 months). Save yourself some time and money...buy a treadmill elsewhere.
It still in the package or whatever left of it.I received this treadmill like it was in a war zone been tossed around for months.called the infamous called sears customer service several times and every time they we will escalate the issue to other departments whatever that means.10 days now still nothing.i called PayPal (I paid through it)and they gonna dispute the issue with sears.
The one star is reflective of my “free assembly”. Upon delivery, the gentleman informed me that he works for a freight company; his job is not to assemble the items.” It has now been a week and the treadmill is still sitting in its box in my garage. I called Sears immediately and they left a message for the vendor. I had to wait another 72 business hrs in case the vendor emailed me back. When the 72 hrs finally expired, I called Sears again and they “escalated” the issue. I am now to wait another 72 business hrs before contacting them again. I am beyond frustrated!
I purchase a treadmill with free delivery and assembly. Well they brought it in and plopped it in the middle of my living room floor and left. It took over 6 weeks to get someone to come assemble it and they assembled it wrong and threw parts away. I had to go retrieve them from the dumpster. I figured out their error. Less than 2 years and the treadmill quit working. Nordic Track service department is known for being horrible. But, if you get a treadmill that has no glitches, they are great.
The installation crew was excellent and the product is great
Professionally delivered and set, but fan grill was damaged. Having a hard time dealing with Sears Customer Service.
Good price, poor Customer Service and website is useless.
