This NordicTrack was a very good purchase. It was simple to assemble and is easy to use. Very smooth and quiet. I would definitely recommend purchasing this to others.

Many claims, short on features

Had it a couple weeks now. The mechanism has started clunking already, if it doesn't sort itself out I'll have to call for maintenance. It also claims to be "iFit Enabled". I'm not sure what this means, there doesn't seem to be a slot for iFit modules anywhere. I've downloaded iFit Coach on my phone, and connected the phone to the elliptical using bluetooth, but I can't find a way to make iFit Coach do anything with the elliptical. It looks like Coach is a subscription service, so that may be the problem. I just spent $800 on an elliptical, and now I have to pay even more to use it's advertised features? The built in programs are junk and don't use the elliptical to it's limits. Very unhappy with the purchase.

Elliptical is Wobbly

|

After four uses (each between 30-40 minutes) the upright was extremely wobbly. So much I thought the screws came loose. When I checked, the base plate the secured the upright to the frame was split. Was able to get new one from NordicTrack, but had to dismantle and reassemble. Not exactly easy steps. New upright seems to be better, but overall the elliptical is still a bit wobbly when using.

We will see

Just finished putting our new 9.5i together took about two and two people to do it. Went together nicely but has a click when going at a faster rate, we are trying to figure out where it’s coming from. Can’t beat the price for what we need it for. Sure hope we can figure it out the click is pretty annoying.
