I've had this machine for over 2 months and still love it! I wish there were more options for programed workouts... they do offer the "iFit" but I don't want to spend $100 on the unit, then a monthly fee, and data usage on my internet. I would have to disagree with the other 2 reviewers about the lowest resistance level as my 4 year old can use this machine. However, that being said, even the 20 minute programmed workouts are tough... It's a combination of resistance and incline.. a 20* incline with a 1 resistance is still hard, but if you have the lowest incline and 1 resistance... super easy! As a former Group Fitness Instructor and Health Club employee, I am use to the higher end elliptical machines... Since I became a stay at home mom - this is a great at home option, I do wish it was a higher incline... but for a third the price of others... this is great!
The unit is beautiful and well made. Unfortunately, even the lowest resistance level is too difficult for me. I researched it online and am not the first to find out....and it is too late to return it. I am very frustrated. I have a back injury which requires a lower resistance, which it does not have. Beware.
When I purchased this item Ia strong motive was for the ifit feature.
After weeks of trying to get it to work with my landline wifi I finally gave up. Even with tech support it would not connect.
Restinence is so tight it doesn't matter if you have it set on 1 or 35 unable to use like this.. The pulse does not work. I went to Sears and tried all the models and the store model worked fine.Still trying to find out how to return this large heavy item as it states you can't take back to the store.
Good machine -- very heavy, it takes up a lot of room in my living room. The warranty cost was steep, I hope I get my money out of it. The service at Sears was great.
I am very pleased with my purchase. It's a great machine and everything works great!
You do need someone else to help set it up though! My mom and I were able to do this. It isn't terribly difficult, just a little awkward.
