I ordered online and was able to pick up in store. The box size is about 7 feet long so you need a van or a truck to pick it up. Installation was fairly straightforward with the instructions. The only issue that I had was that the M8-38MM bolts didn't fit the nuts. I took a trip to a local hardware store and was able to find equivalent parts for about $5. Otherwise I was impressed by the instructions and product. The elliptical part of the machine is fine so far. The resistance, stride and incline all work. The included operation system is heavily geared toward the iFit fitness subscription. The web browser is a bit dated and some of the included favorites aren't operating websites. My biggest complaint is that they don't keep me logged in to youtube and I have to log in every time. The screen seems to pop back to the fitness screen when I stop moving on the treadmill. The bluetooth feature is only for an optional heart rate monitor. You can't stream music from a device but it does have an audio input for a cable. I think it is still a good value compared to the other products on the market.
I ordered this for Christmas, delivered December 23rd, to be put together also. They delivered it , but without the nuts and bolts to be put together. so it sits here in pieces. I call SEARS, and they tell me it is not their problem, I need to call Nordic Track and have them ship it. the soonest it can be delivered January 3rd. well, my Christmas break/vacation is over January 2nd. So who will be here at their convenience to have the thing assembled? IDK, that is who. I say I bought this from SEARS and SEARS should take more responsibility is making this right and not be pushing me off to Nordic Track. Come on Man!
I bought this machine from sears.com after delivering the machine to my house and installing it it did not work and I could not use it . I called sears many times and after hanging the line up many times once I mention return they asked me to call Nordicktrack company . Nordicktrack company asked me to pay 400 dollars a year as I fit membership for the machine to work and they told me that sears mislead me by selling this non working machine to me . I kept calling sears more than 20 times and sears refusing to schedule pick up and return the machine that was sold defective to me and did not work even one day . I filling complain with FTC and BBB against this fraudulent business .
My boyfriend set this up all by himself and it only took him an hour and 15 minutes or so. A lot of people on here are complaining that it took them hours to do it with multiple people. I believe if you know your way around tools and understand directions you will be fine. For how expensive it is I was expecting it to have a longer glide but I am satisfied with the product.
I'll let you k in ow
