I have had this elliptical for 1.5 years now and I still love it! I run 5 miles a day on it and it has held up so well I'm amazed with it! I would suggest this elliptical to anyone and if I ever do have to get a new one I'd get another NordicTrack in a heart beat!
I ordered this for Christmas, delivered December 23rd, to be put together also. They delivered it , but without the nuts and bolts to be put together. so it sits here in pieces. I call SEARS, and they tell me it is not their problem, I need to call Nordic Track and have them ship it. the soonest it can be delivered January 3rd. well, my Christmas break/vacation is over January 2nd. So who will be here at their convenience to have the thing assembled? IDK, that is who. I say I bought this from SEARS and SEARS should take more responsibility is making this right and not be pushing me off to Nordic Track. Come on Man!
The monitor never worked. I went to sears and they said that they could not do anything, that i would have to contact the manufacturer. I emailed Norditrack (3 times) and never received any replies other than the auto reply that someone would get back to me. Complete waste of time and money! I will definitely be returning this to Sears for a fill refund.
I bought this 10.9i from Sears online with in store pickup 20 miles away as it was the only way to get it before Christmas. On Christmas Eve afternoon I still had no notice that it was ready so called the store and they said they didn't have it and weren't getting a truck that day. Today 12/27 I call customer service since I still had not received any notification. They tell me it is out of stock and offer to send me the 9.5 since it's "basically the same". I asked for the item to be properly discounted for the inconvenience and obviously inferior product (go compare the 2) and they told me no. This is the reason why their business won't stay around much longer. Avoid Sears go somewhere else.
It took sears 3 weeks to get me thr product. I wasnt told upfront they only deliver to my area 2 times a week. The item should come with 1 year subscription... i spent 2hours looking for a code and called 3 different times. I got nothing.
To anyone wondering how to activate the 1-year ifit membership...call ifit support at 866-608-1798 to get an activation code. You have to email them a copy of the receipt to confirm purchase. Super easy if it hadn't taken me 3 days of calls to Sears and Nordictrack for someone to point me in the right direction.
