Great machine

This treadmill has a very sturdy frame, and as part of the Elite series it has some pretty cool workouts already programmed into the console. The shocks feel softer than most of the other ones at the store which is nice. Overall a good buy.

Treadmill Caught Fire. Sears installers cut corners

I had Sears install and assemble.  Electric fan motors caught fire 7 months after purchase.  Smoke bellowed out of the console.  Support sent a new console in mail in a few weeks. No instructions.  Figuring out how to replace console I realized the Sears installers cut corners during assembly.  Did not properly assemble certain parts of the treadmill.  The sears assemblers did not fully tighten all bolts and did not use all the screws, skipping steps in the install. Very disappointed.

Loved this machine, perfect size, sturdy my iPad fit perfectly in the holder. Great incline, overall

Great overall machine. I loved being able to connect the iPad and the incline and speed options. The machine it self is a good size.

It has been a month , the delivery people broke the treadmill ,came again today with a replacement, well they didn’t have the proper equipment to carry it in my house . So now I’m fighting with sears to see what happens next . Headache not needed . I would not recommend sears for products they don’t sell . They have become a generic Kmart store imo .

Great Machine! Smooth Purchase, Delivery and Assembly!

I decided on this machine over the ProForm Performance 1800i (they are both made by the same company) for various personal reasons. I ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered two days later.

I had to call Sears twice (once to change an outdated phone number and once to check on delivery time) and someone answered the phone both times within 5 minutes. Turns out the call to check on delivery time was unnecessary as I received both a call and email after 6 pm the night before delivery.

The box is a huge 300 lb beast so you want the delivery team to take it to the room where you plan to set it up or have some strong bodies around.

It took about 20 minutes to unpack all the parts. The machine was packaged very well with plenty of styrofoam, cardboard and wooden slats to protect the contents from all sides and ends. There was no damage to any of the parts.

There are several steps where having a second person is strongly recommended but I was able to assemble the entire machine myself in about 90 minutes. This requires some strength and agility along with a solid prop for the treadmill when adding the hydraulics at the end, so it's definitely not something everyone should try solo.

The instructions state that the entire machine can be assembled with just the included allen wrench plus a phillips head screwdriver and a crescent wrench - and it's true. But it is SO MUCH easier and faster if you add a bit driver with 3/16 allen head and a 14mm socket driver.

Assembly was straightforward. The directions were clear and detailed. Take your time, read each step carefully and review the illustrations. There isn't anything that I found to be inaccurate or poorly described. I've assembled IKEA furniture that took more time than this machine. All the screws and washers are on a single card, individually packaged and labeled by the step for which you will use them. I was impressed with the assembly process overall and the frame from top to bottom is sturdy metal.

The machine started right up the first time. As others have shared, simple holding down the 'iFit Sync' button in the upper right of the console turns off the requirement to register for an iFit membership and allows you to use the machine in Manual mode.

iFit Membership: Go to the site to register. Please NOTE that your registration process will be smoother if you use the name and email address used to order the product from Once I created my iFit account the Sears 12 month membership appeared automatically - no special code needed. I downloaded the iFit app to my Samsung Galaxy Tab A, which fits easily into the tablet holder on the 3750.

The iFit workouts are beautiful, high def videos with a trainer that automatically adjust the speed and incline depending on your terrain. Session results are downloaded to the iFit website where you can track your progress over time. The iFit membership (even if I had to pay) brings so much more value to the machine!

Never showed up

I would love to be running on it and giving a rating. But it was supposed to be shipped to my local Sears. I received emails saying it was there but the employees couldn't find it. Said they might be able to find it in 3 to 5 days. I called customer support and was also told 3 to 5 days. Cancelled order. Totally unacceptable
