I've started slow (10 minutes) and want to work up to 45. I was able to set it up myself-the directions were easy to follow.
We opted for a more expensive machine because we wanted the internet features. Unfortunately, very few of them actually work. Most of the presets (FoxNews, ABC, etc) give nothing but mysterious error codes or just sit there doing nothing. Using the web browser is painfully slow and often results in "page not found" errors. The unit is literally 10 feet from the router and wireless devices on the other side of the house do not have these difficulties. We had hoped to be able to use Facebook or even stream a Netflix video while exercising, but that looks unlikely. Stuck with an expensive exercise bike that does not do what is advertised to do.
I really enjoy using this product. It was easy to assemble from the box. It is great that it comes with the ifit module built in. I enjoy riding using the google street view for my rides and also the ability to build routes around my neighbourhood and elsewhere. It makes it more challenging. The bike responds to the terrain through the ifit module according to the resistance necessary to complete the ride. I also like the ability to override the automatic resistance with easier levels.
I use it as an exercise bike 5 days a week for aerobic benefits. The web based console is perfect for eliminating the riding boredom.
This is a decent base level stationary bike but the iFit program is nothing to get excited about. I could have saved about $500 and simply purchased something to peddle.
Great product I use my bike everyday
