Excellent Construction, & Easy to Use

While it took some time to assemble, the instructions were clear. The bolts are on a blister sheet, and well labeled. Hex key are supplied and all you need for assembly is some time, a wrench and a screwdriver to finish the assembly. Once you get the seat adjusted, pedal away to your hearts content.

Beware - iFit Membership Required, not optional

Bought this as it was a good deal and we have been Sears customers for a long time. The productr description mentions it is "Compatible with iFit", and "iFit Coach 1 Year Membership Included ($180 value). With an iFit membership you can connect your Bluetooth device with your machine". What it does not mention is that unless you activate the membership the unit is a very expensive paperweight. The control panel and resistance does not work until AFTER activation. We have satellite internet with low bandwidth... we bought the unit thinking we could SOMEDAY upgrade our internet and then use iFit. Now we sit and stare at the unit as it does not work. We received the unit last week, spent 2 hours assembling it, and now have spent several days on the phone with Sears (sort of helpful), Nordictrack (not very helpful at all), and iFit (not at all helpful). It is inconceivable that Sears would sell a product in which the manufacturer (whom I always saw as reputable) produces a product that requires a third-party to activate. Comparable to be buying a New Ford pickup from a Chevy dealer only to have to buy the keys and maintenance plan from Toyota!! I guess we are in the days of everything being wireless and "attached" to something else. Gone are the days of the Nordictrack Classic Pro (which I have owned and used for 25 years).

Purchased this item 10/12/19 in store. Delivery scheduled that day for 10/28/19.  Automated call reported a delay. New delivery date 11/2/19 then, 3 automated confirmation calls the day before. On 11/2 another cancellation with no new date. After many phone calls to our salesman and to Sears customer service we are scheduled for 11/16/19. More than a month after purchase!  No wonder why Sears is closing doors left & right!
