Great Tent

I bought this tent and have used it several times. It has been through a powerful storm as well. It down poured all night along with strong wind and hail and no leaks at all. We slept very comfortably. Very roomy as well. Plus on hot nights take the fly off and it is all screen so you get lots of air through it.

Bad product

Purchased for camping trip. First use pole snapped. Sears would not refund because of 30 day refund policy. Poor design as side windows open and close from outside. Who wants to go out when it starts raining to close the flaps? Not happy with this purchase or Sears new policy. Won't shop there again.

It doesn't deserve one star, sadly

Bought this tent for a weekend camping trip for my family of three. The size is great. But, it's not sturdy, at all. We did a test run in our back yard and found that the poles are junk and are attached by flimsy tie-ons, the screens/windows unzip from the outside and the slightest wind caused the tent to blow down. Maybe, I bought a defective item, but after following the set-up instructions and the troubleshooting guide, the tent appeared crooked and saggy. This thing is going back. My advice is to spend a few extra bucks for a more durable unit that will last longer than just one summer.

Awesome tent and does it's own MAGIC ACT...with closet and pre-pole design

I've been camping for over 30 years and never thought I would ever enjoy putting up a tent , BUT THIS ONE HAS IT'S OWN MAGIC TRICK BUILT RIGHT IN !!! Just watch the KMART VIDEO LINK video..this beats all other expensive instant tens HANDS DOWN.. at half the cost and TWICE THE ROOM OF OTHERS... the magic is made in under 5 mins real time set-up. Since I'm disabled but love the outdoors this is perfect for any family member to set up...even kids can do it ! Just first stake down the two left corners out ( 2 mins) then attach the centers of the assembled poles in the " RUBBER QUICK steps" on the other side of each end of the poles. THEN the walk to the "MAGIC SIDE" of the tent and pull the " SHAZZAM STRAP on the left side and ...SHAZAM your done. Stake out the other corners of course...but in less than 6-7 mins real time...your done..AMAZING and fun for anyone in the family to PULL THE SHAZZAM loop... kids love it and adults will too. enjoy camping without the hassle of 45 min tent building ever again... P.S. all new tents need sealing ...yes all tents to last more that a decade. I bought 2 cans of tent sealer and sprayed the inside and outside completely the first time up. This is a easy any easy way to keep any tent " BONE DRY" in heavy weather or even light rains for over 10 years plus.. I still have a 22 years old tent that was treated when new and its still dry like new...2 cans of sealer is about 12.00 and easy to apply done the outside tent all areas and seams then inside completey then use the left over on the tent rainfly and stay cozy and dry all year round....JAY
