Horrible service at pick up point
|I got to the pick up store and horrible person didnt want to help me and she was vert rude wben i ask her about my order she seems to be in the Hurry and Reply to me very very rude, I dont know how can you have this kind of people in customer service, after that another girl came and took my ID and went for my product the previous girl just left without saying anything, after the second girl came back with my stuffs I realized that the chairs that she brought were black and red, when I order pink, she said the dont have pink and they will never have pink again which it was very improfessional also. Im very upset with my experience at keymart they should hired people with customer service experience , no people that doesnt want to work.
