I purchased this about four years ago and our family loves it! The dome has just started to crack and the electronic unit is on the fritz so we purchased a new one from Sears today. (NuWave wants too much for replacement parts plus regardless of what you are ordering (new or parts) they charge ridiculous processing and shipping fees! One thing this unit on Sears does not have is the extension ring but since we already have one that is no problem. We cook quite a bit in our NuWave, including up to a 15 lb turkey every year using the extender ring. It cooks well (as long as you remember to always flip the food half-way through) and it doesn't heat up the kitchen. I've found that a general rule of thumb for frozen and/or large items is to cook items for roughly 65% of the oven directions and everything seems to come out great!
If i had known that the dome will crack in less than 5 months, I wouldn't have trashed the first one i bought from nuwave that lasted for four years with a single crack. nuwave should do something about the crack problem if they still want to keep their customers.
