Oster Ceramic Griddle, The Best Yet!

We have had many different griddles over the years. This ceramic version is the best yet by far! It heats very fast and the heat is very even. We made pancakes, they turned out perfect, no sticking at all. Very easy clean up, wiped off easily. The warmer tray is really nice, stored extra pancakes in the for late sleepers. Seems to be of a very high quality. Would definitely purchase again or gift as a gift. Best griddle we have owned. We used shop your way points at Sears, the price was excellent. Very happy, recommended for sure

Not meant to last

Bought this in August of 2016 in no time the ceramic coating flaked. Customer service was kind enough to send another one a month later. It is now 6 months later and the thermostat is defunct. Either cooks way to hot or not evenly. After abruptly burning the first batch of pancakes on a setting of 300 degrees this morning I cooked the rest just slightly above 'warm.' Very disappointed in this griddle.

Quick Heating & Easy Clean Up

If you're shopping for an electric griddle then I highly recommend the Oster electric griddle with warming tray. The griddle heats up quickly making it fast and easy to use. The DuraCeramic coating on the griddle makes clean up a breeze. The warming tray is handy for keeping foods warm for the family while they are getting ready in the mornings. The ceramic coating is PFOA and PTFE as well. I received the griddle as a sample product to try and after using it several times I am impressed with the durability.

Nice griddle for a reasonable price

This griddle is easy to use and easy to clean. I like the large surface area especially for food items such as pancakes. The drip tray and the warming tray are a little hard to slide in and out. I didn't have any trouble cleaning the griddle. As recommended, I used a baking soda paste to clean stains and this removed most everything. The temperature ranges weren't difficult to adjust. You need to keep an eye on your food at first to make sure the temp setting isn't too hot. Overall, a nice product.

I was given this griddle to evaluate.

Good product

This griddle does a good job with any breakfast food. I haven't tried it with steaks or chicken or anything like that, but our griddle time is primarily for breakfast. That said, it cooks bacon, eggs, pancakes, and Bologna to perfection. The food doesn't stick and it cooks evenly so far. I do have concerns going forward about the longevity of the griddle and wish it was wider (a common problem with all griddles in my opinion). The warming tray is handy and is removeable for easy washing. It is an overall nice feature for an overall nice product. I rated this 4 stars simply because of my concern about the product lasting while being nonstick, etc. I did receive this product to test for free but have owned another brand griddle and will continue to use this one over the old one.

Good overall value.

Quick set up and in seconds the surface is heating up. Plenty of healthy ceramic cooking surface allows you to cook an entire breakfast for 4 on one unit. If you like to grill this is a great alternative in cold weather. Theres little you can't cook on the Duraceramic griddle and clean up is a snap.
Proper maintenance will go a long way.

I did receive this to test for my feedback and after using several times,
I would definitely recommend this product for the money.

Great for big batches of pancakes

This large griddle can cook up to 8 pancakes at a time. Makes it easy to cook for a large group. Ceramic non stick surface provides a safer and effective non stick surface than traditional non stick material. Ceramic surface is white while body of griddle is black. Warming tray is made of plastic and seems flimsy. I chose not to use it because I do not like warming/ heating things in plastic. Would be better if it was stainless steel. Griddle is large and requires space to store but is worth it. I did notice one side heated higher than the other side. Not significantly tho. Overall I love it! Would like it more if warming tray was not plastic. Easy to wipe clean. Cannot be submerged.
