Super thin - great for eggs and non-stick pans.

We purchased this when it was on sale at Sears a couple weeks back. For my money, if not for the 50% discount, it would have been overpriced. But, I'm a pretty frugal shopper, probably more so than most. Price aside, we're very happy with the product so far. It's the thinnest plastic spatula we've ever found, which makes it great for flipping eggs and other delicate items in non-stick pans where you can't use a metal spatula. The packaging indicates it's BPA free too, which is a plus, even though, as I understand it, BPA free still doesn't mean it's 100% safe. But at least we only use it when cooking at low to medium heat, since that's all that non-stick pans can handle. This is a very flexible spatula, so it's not going to be effective at cutting or pulling apart anything in the pan. You'd want something metal with a plastic coating for that. But it's great to finally find a plastic spatula about as thin as metal can be. Fingers crossed that it lasts.
