There are better knives out there, these are not sharp enough.
|Unfortunately this isn't nearly as sharp as these ceramic knives are supposed to be. The large knife crushes tomatoes rather than slices them. My "Yoshi Knife" goes effortlessly through tomatoes that the Ozeri Elite knives crush. I wouldn't buy again, definitely regret this purchase.
