Description
Newly updated, the Ozeri Touch 440 lbs Total Body Scale now provides instant adult and infant weight measurements, and calculates body fat, hydration, muscle mass and bone measurements. Embedded with StepOn technology, it automatically powers on upon contact and features 4 touch sensitive buttons for easy operation. It also features 4 icons that automatically illuminate on the screen for body fat, hydration, muscle and bone measurements. The Ozeri Touch includes built-in memory for up to 8 user profiles with auto recognition technology for shared use at home, the office or the gym. Each profile stores weight, gender, height, and age data so that your family members can each track their progress. The Ozeri Touch Total Body Scale combines advanced algorithms with bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), incorporating a person's age, height, gender and weight, for its accurate measurements. BIA is a well-established and respected method used to estimate body fat and hydration. Muscles, blood vessels and bones are body tissues with a relative high water content which conducts electricity easily. Body fat is tissue that on the other hand displays much less electric conductivity. With BIA, the Ozeri Scale sends a weak and harmless electrical current through your body to determine the amount of fat tissue. This weak electrical current is imperceptible to the user, and returns back data that is used to instantly calculate the advanced measurements. The Ozeri Touch Total Body Scale ... read more

Great scale

This scale seems very accurate and is very easy to program your profile. Love the auto on auto off feature. Displays body fat, water, muscle and bone measurements. Love the Tare Mode which enables you to weigh anything you hold while on the scale, example: infant, luggage or packages. Great for the whole family for it holds up to eight profiles and holds up to 440 pounds. Would recommend this scale.

does not give consistent weights

I have had this for just over 1 year. The weights on this are not accurate. Example I was wearing shoes and shorts and checked weight and got 213, took off shoes and shorts then tried again, now I was 217, 215, and 218. Do not recommend this

Buyer beware

|

This scale never worked out of the box.  I purchased new batteries and every time I stepped on the scale the batteries were dead.  I returned the scale and never received my refund.

disappointed

|

I really liked everything about this scale and what it did. However, in the 4 days that I actually had it to use I had to replace the batteries every single day! this is not ideal at all and not something that I want to deal with everyday. It is way too expensive to put batteries in every single day!!
