Description Specifications
Newly updated, the Ozeri Touch 440 lbs Total Body Scale now provides instant adult and infant weight measurements, and calculates body fat, hydration, muscle mass and bone measurements. Embedded with StepOn technology, it automatically powers on upon contact and features 4 touch sensitive buttons for easy operation. It also features 4 icons that automatically illuminate on the screen for body fat, hydration, muscle and bone measurements. The Ozeri Touch includes built-in memory for up to 8 user profiles with auto recognition technology for shared use at home, the office or the gym. Each profile stores weight, gender, height, and age data so that your family members can each track their progress. The Ozeri Touch Total Body Scale combines advanced algorithms with bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), incorporating a person's age, height, gender and weight, for its accurate measurements. BIA is a well-established and respected method used to estimate body fat and hydration. Muscles, blood vessels and bones are body tissues with a relative high water content which conducts electricity easily. Body fat is tissue that on the other hand displays much less electric conductivity. With BIA, the Ozeri Scale sends a weak and harmless electrical current through your body to determine the amount of fat tissue. This weak electrical current is imperceptible to the user, and returns back data that is used to instantly calculate the advanced measurements. The Ozeri Touch Total Body Scale ... read more

Great scale

This scale seems very accurate and is very easy to program your profile. Love the auto on auto off feature. Displays body fat, water, muscle and bone measurements. Love the Tare Mode which enables you to weigh anything you hold while on the scale, example: infant, luggage or packages. Great for the whole family for it holds up to eight profiles and holds up to 440 pounds. Would recommend this scale.

does not give consistent weights

I have had this for just over 1 year. The weights on this are not accurate. Example I was wearing shoes and shorts and checked weight and got 213, took off shoes and shorts then tried again, now I was 217, 215, and 218. Do not recommend this

Buyer beware

|

This scale never worked out of the box.  I purchased new batteries and every time I stepped on the scale the batteries were dead.  I returned the scale and never received my refund.

disappointed

I really liked everything about this scale and what it did. However, in the 4 days that I actually had it to use I had to replace the batteries every single day! this is not ideal at all and not something that I want to deal with everyday. It is way too expensive to put batteries in every single day!!

An easy to use scale for everyone including the plus size ladies & gents

|

As a plus size lady its nice to have a scale that is made to measure up to 440 pounds. I had a bit of trouble setting it up to start with but then I looked at the instruction booklet and that really helped me figure things out. The instructions are very well laid out and simple to follow. Just make sure that when you finish the last step of programming you set it on a level surface right away and then step on it. It immediately gives you your weight and if you stand still (with bare feet) for a few more seconds it will calculate your fat %, muscle %, bone weight and hydration levels. As someone who is always dehydrated this is a neat way to keep an eye on that. You can set up to 8 user profiles so the whole family can use the same scale without any confusion. I really like the light weight of this scale and its smooth sleek design.

Super easy to use. Just follow the directions!

|

I just love how this scale looks in our bathroom. The sleek design fits perfectly with almost any décor. I love how thin is it is and that once I followed the directions, I don't have to do anything except step on it. And that's the amazing thing. I was able to set it up with my height, gender, and age while sitting on my bathroom chair (I didn't have to stand on my head to push the buttons. lol) I sat and when I was through setting it up, I simply stood on it, it weighed me and now it knows who I am. It records my weight and somehow KNOWS it is me standing on it…and not someone else. My hubby did his, too. And, he sees his and I see mine. I don't have to worry about my hubby seeing how much I weigh when he steps on the scales. It knows who is who simply by stepping on it. :-) Pretty amazing! The numbers are also easy to read....even in the dark. Best of all, because it knows who I am, I can visibly see my progress each week. These scales have inspired me to continue with my exercise and healthy eating. I totally recommend them.
