No one has answered you yet. ?? OK, let's see.... Have you opted in to receiving email & checked that your email address is correct?? OH, & check your spam folder - just in case. If still nothing, I would call the store where it is & ask that you can pick it up. Also, ask store why you didn't receive your "Ready for Pickup" email. They may have some insight into what happened.
