Look for items that have the "Store Pickup" option.
Enter your ZIP code on the product page to check availability. Choose a local store that has the item in stock or can get the item in an acceptable timeframe.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and, later, a "Ready for Pickup" email that indicates your order is at the store and is being held for you. Bring a copy of the "Ready for Pickup" email (printed on your mobile device), photo ID and payment method used for your purchase with you to the store.
For Store Pickup: Locate the Merchandise Pickup area (at the side or rear entrance of the store). Use the kiosk inside the Merchandise Pickup area to either scan the salescheck barcode, or swipe your credit card to request your order.
For In-Vehicle Pickup: Pull into one of the reserved parking spaces, located outside of the Merchandise Pickup area. Use the Shop'In® feature on your Shop Your WaySM app to initiate In-Vehicle Pickup (location services must be enabled in the app's settings).
A Sears associate will bring your item(s) out to you in 5 minutes or less.
NOTE: If you placed an order after regular store hours, you will receive your "Ready for Pickup" email once the item is ready for pickup.
