In the past they would not accept screen captures/shots. Also, we are told to hit skip rather then play as after the wheel spins or scratch off, it may be an error if it says we won. A month or two ago, I was not getting my points. I emailed several times, after a few emails, they acknowledged they could see I was not being credited the points & told me that they would add them soon. I was not the only one but it was not a lot like it is with the sweeps being messed up. I do not keep track of the nickel & dime wins, but I usually add in my head what my new balance will be..I stopped when I was not getting the points...I knew I won a $2 & $5 bonus, and some 20¢ wins & some other amounts which are rare. They did add the bonus points, as well as other points, but I never saw any 20¢ or the other rare amounts. It worked out for me though as I had few points when it started, by the time they added what I had won, 2 weeks later, it gave me another 2 weeks to add more points. I would keep contacting them...they were able to see my wins, just not at first. Maybe in a few days they will see yours & they will be added. I am not getting all of the few points I win now either, but with the sweeps messed up, I think on a few, when they came up it gave me too many spins & I won on them, so they do not count. SYW needs to fix their website problems. I am emailing my question (there are actually 2 of the same since I posted a link on FB) tomorrow night. I hope when they see the names they will be aware of who is having problems. They used to read these questions...I remember SYW answering one back when we had door busters, etc. about the sweeps not loading, it was probably 4 or more years ago...I did not email them, they saw my answer to someone's question & added points to my account for my time. I wish they would do that now, everyone has been wasting half their time trying to get sweeps to load, we could be shopping at Sears or Kmart if they loaded right & we received our points on time. I hope you get the points!
