TANDOORI CHICKEN. First, get organic chicken thighs without bone. Marinate it with ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli, turmeric, pepper, garam masala and coriander powders, yogurt and sprinkle some lemon juice to it. Keep this marinated chicken in fridge overnight.

Morning grill it. Serve it with long cut onions, finely chopped cilantro & lemon wedges. Believe me, u will go mad after this recipe. Dint get time to cook? Simple. Go to a Indian restaurant & order for a tandoori chicken & enjoy :)

Did you say mouth-watering grilling recipe? No problem, that's MY TRI-TIP! Tri-tip is a beef cut primarily known in the Southwest. I dry-rub it with Carne Asada seasoning, wrap in foil and place in refrigerator the night before grilling. I pull it out an hour before grilling and let it sit. I grill it and turn over once using the indirect method. Push the charcoal to the sides and place meat in the middle of the rack. Slice super thin and watch the slobber begin!

The burger itself is regular ground beef mixed with French onion soup mix and seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, grilled until pink in the middle and topped with 2 slices of cheddar cheese. The bun is a toasted King Hawaiian hamburger bun. The toppings are Arugula lettuce, sweet red onion, heirloom beefsteak tomato, and home canned pickles from my garden. The condiments are Sweet Baby Ray barbecue sauce and Dijon mustard. The last and most important ingredient is LOVE!

When my daughter was just over one year old, we were at Sears, shopping with my mom when she lost her bottle somewhere. That was the beginning of her stopping the bottle because I went home and told my husband that she had lost her last bottle and I wasn't buying anymore. It took a couple of nights but she did it. I hid all the other bottles up in a high cupboard, but never had to pull them out. Eventually threw them away. And it all started at Sears! :)

Walking with GRANDMA. Growing up, Grandma didn't drive so we walked to Kmart. We loved the blue light specials, always checked that out 1st. She would always buy us Moon Pies and the coconut covered marshmallows. Now when I see the Moon Pies, I think of her and I buy them for my kids. I miss you Grandma!

As a kid, my mom would drag me along to Kmart. But, I made it fun by pretending the Blue Light on the Blue Light Special cart was Police Headquarters. Then, I would seek out criminals (other kids that bored and wanted to play along). Or just playing Tag with other kids shopping with their families. It was safe to do that when I was a kid.

My favorite memory is when I had taken my then 5 years old son to Sears and lost him! I was frantically calling and searching for him. I was assisted by this very cheerful Sears Associate who calmed me down and was not at all upset when she had to call for security to unlock my son who had hid (and locked) himself in a dressing room stall! That was 21 years ago and we still laugh about it!

As a child all my school clothes and christmas gifts came from Sears. I would wait and wait for those catalogs to come in. My mom couldnt afford alot, and Sears was always affordable for her. I would get that FALL/winter catalog in and would go through every page, circling everything i wanted. Then there was the excitement of the day going to pick it up. BUT nothing was better than receiving that Christmas Catalog in the mail. I would circle and cirle, theits sad kids do not have that anymore

Long ago when we moved to a new home a Welcome Wagon lady brought us a coupon for "free meat" from K-Mart. Our finances were woeful so with delight I stopped by the K-Mart meat counter to pick up anything---a sausage? hot dogs? maybe even a pound of hamburger: any would mean a meal for us---but the butcher picked up a little beef roast! Then, after asking how big my family was, took it back and with a smile on his face replaced it with a huge one! I still remember the three fine meals it gave us
