I got a 32 inch Polaroid tv and just loving it
At three months, the 2 plastic legs that support the set snapped. Customer service advised that the legs weren't warranted and told me to buy replacements from them for $5, plus money order. Unfortunately, they advised me to buy the WRONG part. They offered no refund or adjustment on the 1st order and suggested I buy the correct parts for an additional $15. $20 for 50 cents worth of plastic is ridiculous.
Typical 720p HD TV, nothing bad. Lifespan seems a bit short, had it for about a year before it stopped showing anything.I know these are manufactured for a certain price point, but I think the life of it needs to be a bit longer
This is now our bed room TV. We previously had a 22'' Magnavox. Then to a 24'' Polaroid which is now used as a computer monitor. But this 32'' polaroid is so much better to watch movies and regular TV shows on; plus it has a variety of ports for connecting a handful of different devices all at once.
