The PowerBlock Elite 70 Set Has All the Weights You Need in Just 2 Dumbbells
The PowerBlock Elite 70 dumbbells are adjustable dumbbells. To change the weight, all you have to do is adjust the setting on the side. Each of the dumbbells in this set has a range of 5 - 70 lbs., so you can get the workout you want. With this set, you save a lot of space. To have the same weight range in standard free weights, you would need more than 1,500 lbs. of weights. With dumbbells, you would need 22 individual pieces to replace this set.
