Hi. I'm not positive, but it sounds similar to the problem I've had for almost a year, where it won't go past the enter password page at checkout, just makes me keep entering password and email, until I clear my cache and cookies from the browser. Try that. On Google Chrome on PC, click the upper right menu of the browser window (3 dots in vertical line), choose More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data. In the pop-up window, check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data," and choose "Clear the following items from the past hour" from the drop-down list at the top. If that doesn't work, clear them from the past day. This might not be your issue. Call Kmart.com customer service, 800-697-7125, or Sears.com, 800-697-3277, if that's who's selling it, for help. (They keep changing these help numbers, so you might need to check their websites for up-to-date phone #s.) Hope this helps.
