good buy

like the bike a lot. assembly was relatively easy with 2 people. It gives a quiet ride and a good workout. I only have had it for a week and so far I think it will work out well.

Terrible - don't waste your money

After approximately one year of very light use (less than once per week), the cable mechanism that controls the resistance of the wheel broke. It is made of cheap plastic. Now the cycle is stuck on the highest resistance and is useless. Cost of the replacement part... $175... more than what I paid for the entire cycle. In general, stay away from Proform products, They are very poorly made.

Very energizing. Feels as though time flies when using it. Seat can be positioned up and down as desired and the cushioning is quite comfortable. Overall, i look forward to using it on a daily basis.
