Purchased this bike after cancelling a gym membership. It is a great quality bike for the price. Perfect for someone who is a casual rider just trying to stay fit. The assembly was pretty easy. It feels sturdy and rides very smooth. The oversized seat is also nice. If I were looking for a critique it would be different handle bars, but that's a stretch. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase, and I would definitely recommend this bike.
Very low quality! Has been repaired 3 times in 2 months. They want to change the same parts again, really? No way, it is unrepairable!! They will not give me a refund or store credit even though they discouraged me from returning it - they wanted to repair it. 14 steps but can only get up to 5 because of too much tension and belt slipping. Peddle strap is too small for a size 11 men's sneaker. Noisy seat post. Find another bike at an honest store that stands by the written warranty policy. I have talked to at least 8 people at Sears and they all give me phone numbers to call someone else. They say they are the managers on the phone and that there is not anyone else to talk too! DO NOT BUY!
This mess don’t work , terrible product , I called the store in Savannah , from which I brought it and they gave me the run around , Alway ness when you buy something from sears , that’s why they are going out of business now
Just wish it had elliptical movable handles. Use it at cabin since the proform windstar that I have is to big to move back and forth.
A solid and quality stationery bicycle.
Packaging was great nothing smashed inside. The instructions were easy to read and follow, put together in under 30 minutes. Con is there's no provided power supply cord so you have to buy one from Amazon becuase sears wants 65 dollars for the power adapter. Will edit review once power supply is here and i can give it a go.
