Purchased this bike after cancelling a gym membership. It is a great quality bike for the price. Perfect for someone who is a casual rider just trying to stay fit. The assembly was pretty easy. It feels sturdy and rides very smooth. The oversized seat is also nice. If I were looking for a critique it would be different handle bars, but that's a stretch. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase, and I would definitely recommend this bike.
Very low quality! Has been repaired 3 times in 2 months. They want to change the same parts again, really? No way, it is unrepairable!! They will not give me a refund or store credit even though they discouraged me from returning it - they wanted to repair it. 14 steps but can only get up to 5 because of too much tension and belt slipping. Peddle strap is too small for a size 11 men's sneaker. Noisy seat post. Find another bike at an honest store that stands by the written warranty policy. I have talked to at least 8 people at Sears and they all give me phone numbers to call someone else. They say they are the managers on the phone and that there is not anyone else to talk too! DO NOT BUY!
Pretty easy to put together, and doesn't take up too much room. Like the pre-programmed workouts, comfortable seat.
Easy assembly very quiet. The monitor does not work new batteries, bought a power adapter and triple checked cords and plug ins still nothing. When I registered my product I requested support and explained my issue was suppose to get an email or a call within the hour. It’s been 24 hours later!!! So I guess I will be returning product and going elsewhere t my exercise needs so frustrating ??
