Excellent machine

I bought this elliptical about two months ago. I absolutley LOVE it and have only found one minor issue with it. While this elliptical is not as 'fancy' as other exercise equiptment it surely makes up for it with its stability and low pricing. I use my elliptical 6 days a week for a minimum of 45 minutes and I have not had one single issue with it, and I have it on carpet and it doesn't even wobble; no matter how fast I go. Back to the only issue I have with this machine; the cup holder?!?!?? Why in the world would they put a cup holder so far down on the machine? It makes it almost impossible to continue in stride while reaching for your water....just odd.

Poor quality.

I bought it before Thanksgiving. Its belt was falling in less than 3 weeks. The good news is that Sears has a very good service and it's fixed the next day.

doesn't work right

the tension doesn't change, trying to get this resolved is proving to be a pain in the ****. Back light doesn't light up enough to see the screen. No power cord included.

Great features

I bought it and a week later the wheel didn’t work properly. The pedals were so hard to push down that I couldn’t use the machine. I’m not sure what to do about getting it fixed
