Received the bike from Sears - put together a couple days later - and it has not worked once. Trying to work with Proform support is horrible, and painfully slow. Now trying to reach out to Sears to take this back and we will find a different brand!

Proform Smart Power
|Bike doesnt work out of the box. Have been sent a replacement resistance motor and that didnt fix the problem. Getting sent a new wiring harness. I have worked on this brand new bike and never ridden it. Regretting my purchase. Looking to return if this next hailmary doesn't work.
