3rd year?..still awesome!!

This is my 3rd summer with this trampoline. My girls still love it. It is holding up great. The red spring cover is starting to tear and look worn but the jumping mat, springs, poles, etc are all holding up great. I use the trampoline also with my kids. I am very happy with how its held up and have NO regrets buying it. I do disassemble it every winter though. MN winters would be to much. Great product. Highly recommend it! At first the springs were squealing kind of loud. I sprayed each one with WD40 and it is now totally quiet.

Safety concern and no warrantee in reality

Be extremely forewarned if you plan to buy.  After owning for only 2 months and being used by a 70-or-so pound child, one of the enclosure poles broke.  I've spent the last 3 weeks fighting with Spencer and Jared at the manufacturer (Propel Trampolines) over a warrantee-based replacement of the pole.   The trampoline and enclosure are sold as a set and the owner’s manual cites the product is rated for up to 300 lbs.  They refuse to replace the broken pole.  They are literally citing, and I exactly quote, “it takes a lot of force to break one of those enclosure posts, for example kids hanging on the post will definitely break it."   "It is designed to catch and protect children from falling off the trampoline not support their leverage from hanging on the poles".  Really, he can tell from the picture I had to send that without a doubt it was caused by an act of hanging on the pole and absolutely not a chance a fraction of a percent of their product sold could actually have a small fault/defect/malfunction/issue or what ever you want to call it in design or manufacture.   Mind you also, I have no idea how anyone could hang on the pole let alone a little child.  What I mean is when on the trampoline the enclosure net is between the child and the pole.  Again, this product is sold with a 300 pound rating yet it is defeated like a thin toothpick by a 70-or-so pound child?  If this is the case the product is a huge safety risk.  I highly encourage you to avoid this product in the safety interest of those you love (and there really is no warrantee in practice)!

Worst trampoline ever!

|

Do not waste your money on this trampoline! Went to set it up got all the bars on and the thing folds in half. The company set replacement bars that were broke. Then we fix it and it almost did it again, we had to have extra people hold it down so it wouldn’t buckle. Then after 6 months of having it up the mat starts to rip at the spring connectors. Springs flying at you while jumping is not cool!!! Total waste of money!

Brought this for my 2 kids for their birthday. They absolutly love it! I am very happy with this product. Can be put up by 1 person but it was much easier with 2. The only part that was less then steller was there were no instructions for the anchor kit. I had to you tube them. If not for the crappy customer service i recieved this would have been a perfect purchase.
